  • Nasir Yammama

    Agri-Tech, Strategy

    Nasir is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in digital technology, and innovation. Nasir has previously founded ventures based around entrepreneurship hubs, incorporating novel technologies into smallholder farming, and improving clean water access and sanitation.

  • John Koeckert

    Agroecology Business Models, Partnerships

    John brings together the best of regenerative practice and climate-smart agribusiness. Founding his first venture at 21, he has worked and studied in ten countries on four continents and gained entrepreneurial experience in regenerative agriculture. John has since lectured in impact entrepreneurship at universities in Africa and Europe, owned and co-managed a farm in North Uganda, and gained expertise in the international agri-commodity trade.

  • Kolja Oeser

    IT, Biotechnology, Funding

    Kolja is passionate about sustainability and impact optimization in complex systems, whether biological or technical. He is a technical Product Manager with extensive knowledge of IT-development, AI, data analytics, and fundraising. In the past, he managed two successful grant applications for innovation funding programs over ~1m EUR each. He holds a Dipl.-Ing in Biotechnology and has previously worked at Bayer where he gained knowledge about the extraction and purification of biological compounds.

  • Lucky Naseer Mukasa

    Agroforestry-Design/Implementation/Training

    With his first degree in biosystems engineering from Uganda and then a diploma in modern agricultural technologies from Israel, Lucky’s dream is to build an interconnected network of regenerative farmers. Lucky has increased his 20 acres coffee and banana farm annual turnover by 400% in 2018, co-owned and managed a year round vegetable farm in northern Uganda, and his current focus is on syntropic agroforestry production of food, lumber, herbs and fruits.

  • Lucas Filippini

    Project management

    After studying business at ESCP, an all-around path, Lucas wanted to find a more meaningful way. He became interested in regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, and permaculture. He did his bachelor thesis on regenerative agriculture to support his new interest and reinforce his knowledge on the topic.

  • Khushboo Mallik

    Project and event management

    Khushboo is a multi-talented project manager and problem solver. As a life-long student of entrepreneurship and multi-cultural exchange, she is particularly adapt as an on-ground leader and event manager, and has a particular interest in bringing perspectives on regenerative agriculture to and from her home country of India.

  • Everest Gromoll

    Impact Documentation, Research

    Everest is on a journey to experience and understand every aspect of regenerative food systems. His particular interest is in cultural-exchange, relationship building, and human ecology, with a special focus on community development as a means to lasting regenerative transitions.

  • Jannik Heeland

    Public relations

    A skilled systems-thinker, Jannik brings his expertise on the socio-political side of sustainability to his role as Tari's lead game-designer and our efforts to create games that accurately convey the multi-dimensional complexity of food system challenges.
